This is about as active as June has been for the past week. On Thursday the poor kid, had a temperature of 104, so Gabby and I drove to our doctor's satelite office at 6:00 at night to have her checked out. The official diagnosis is that she had the flu, but just to be sure that it wasn't something more serious, the doctor sent us to the hospital to get xrays and bloodwork. Everything turned out fine. We didn't get home until after 9:00. Fortunately, school was cancelled due to ice the next day, so Gabby didn't have to get up extra early to do the homework that she hadn't finished.
