So, I'm in the kitchen and all of a sudden

I hear a bang and a strange scratching

sound. As I enter the livingroom, I see

our cat, Sassy, leaping toward the window.

When I get there, this is what I find...

This cleaver squirrel had scaled up our

siding to try to get to the bird feeder

that hangs from our window. He was obviously not afraid as he allowed this close-up.

Sassy spent the next hour by the window.
